The Company intends to achieve its investment objective by investing predominately in Energy Efficiency Projects, and to a lesser extent, in Energy Efficiency Private Equity and Private Debt.
The Company defines an “Energy Efficiency Project” as a project that fulfils one or more of the following criteria in connection with the supply and/or demand of energy:
Energy Conservation
Reduce Energy Consumption and Minimize Energy Waste
Financial Efficiency
Achieve Energy Savings and Cost Savings
Environmental Impact
Reduce Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions
Holistic Efficiency Standards
Otherwise satisfy, in the Board’s opinion, any other criteria or measure that achieves energy efficiency.
